1. What We Do

PlumberNearMe.ai is a plumber matching service. We connect homeowners with licensed, local plumbers based on the plumbing issue described. We are not a plumbing company. We do not employ plumbers, and we do not perform plumbing work. The plumbers in our network are independent professionals.

2. AI Diagnostic Tool

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos, videos, and text descriptions of plumbing issues. The AI generates a diagnostic assessment including issue identification, urgency rating, and service recommendations. These assessments are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a licensed plumber. You should not rely solely on AI-generated diagnoses for making decisions about your plumbing system, especially in emergency or safety-critical situations.

3. User Content

By uploading photos, videos, or text descriptions to our platform, you grant PlumberNearMe.ai permission to process that content using our AI system to diagnose your plumbing issue. You also agree that anonymized versions of the diagnostic data (with all personally identifiable information removed) may be stored and used to improve the accuracy of our AI system over time.

You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that the content does not violate any third party rights.

4. Plumber Matching

We make reasonable efforts to match you with a qualified, licensed plumber in your area. However, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or outcome of any plumber's work. The relationship between you and the matched plumber is a direct relationship. Any agreements, disputes, or issues related to the plumbing work itself are between you and the plumber.

5. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes professional plumbing advice. Our AI assessments are informational tools designed to help describe your issue to a plumber. For gas leaks, active flooding, or any situation that poses a risk to your safety, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlumberNearMe.ai provides a matching service only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from: the accuracy or inaccuracy of AI-generated diagnoses, the quality or outcome of work performed by a matched plumber, any delay in connecting you with a plumber, or any actions you take based on information provided by our platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (which is currently $0, as our matching service is free for homeowners).

7. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our service. This includes submitting false or misleading information, uploading content that is not related to a plumbing issue, attempting to manipulate or abuse our AI system, and using our platform for any illegal purpose.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
